Hi, I've traded in some letters for some CSS scrolls but i've lost my letters and not gained any CSS.
The first time i lost 13 Letters: C, L, E, A, N, S
The second time i lost 5 letters: C, L, E, A, N, S
I've attached proof in my SS.
Is it possible to give me a refund?
