such reputable company, with cheat bots? really? macros are cheat bots?

The issue here was never "macros" or "cheat bots". 

The issue was the fact that you were caught farming while being AFK, giving you a huge advantage over other players. Additionally, you were caught botting on MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT simultaneously. What I'm "confused" about is the fact that you think you deserve an unban.
 
The fact that you think this is acceptable is the most twisted and childish thing I've ever heard. If you can't put in the effort/time to play the game like everyone else, you don't deserve a chance to play at all. 

There's no point in arguing. Move on, but I can assure you that any other private server you play on will have the same opinion on botting/farming while AFK.
