I was working on gathering ETC items for Clean Slates. All the letters worked except for the letter 'E'. For some reason a message came up that said something along the lines of "I am not available right now!" It took my ETCs (800 Green Essence and 800 Luster Star Pieces) and did not give me any letter 'E's.
If these could be refunded or if I could receive 40 letter Es, that would be wonderful. Thanks!
