I've been reading around online and everyone with windows 8.1 has a really hard time getting v83 and v62 to run. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? it continuously tells me the parameter is incorrect.

With a hiatus from MapleStory due to school, I'm returning for some entertainment.  So, About Me! I go by the name Thurston, but you can call me Thu. I'm currently a sophomore in high school and enjoy watching anime and occasionally reading manga.
