Everyone was muted all of a sudden without any notices or anything
Players have to relog , change channel to get unmuted
It happened like two times in an hour just now

Hello, there, is relogging the only way to resolve the mute? Does it say when you're muted?

Nope. Nothing is in the chat box , all of us just couldn't talk in all chat at the same time , no notice , nothing came up on top of character . Relogging , going into cash shop and come out , change channel is the ways i tried to fix it
