Problem with CSS - kitsune - 04-15-2017
Although I have enough materials to make 24, it doesn't even let me make any. I've given items to a friend, and they were able to make it. I did @fix, relogged, and @dispose but still cannot make them.

I don't think making CSS requires dots? It's not under the requirements and I didn't use them before o:

From what I remember you need 14 dots to make a css~
