Sorry if this is the wrong place for this thread, I'm new here and am kind of confused with this hunger system.

Hunger gives you an EXP boost if you keep it at 0/100.
You can keep your hunger low by cooking and eating food @house
If your hunger is at 100/100, you lose about 10-15x EXP.

It's cool I figured it out, I was just confused that you have to go to @house to find the cooking npc
