Things that make a post "Inactive":

• The thread post hasn't been active for a week
  
• The thread starter doesn't seem to be aware of his/her thread
  
• The thread starter isn't active anymore
  

What happens to "Inactive" threads:

• The thread will be closed
  
• The thread will be moved to the Inactive sub section of the Support section
  

What thread starters with an "Inactive" thread can do:

• Create a new thread with their problem
  
• Request that their locked thread be re-opened again
