why aren't there high-rate servers for the more recent updates?

I like maplekey but  I also kind of want to check out the newer content, but I've noticed that there are no high-rate servers for the new content. Did something change with maplestory to make people not want to do rebirths and mix and match different class skills?

people tend to just really enjoy v83 servers and since the newer classes aren't v83 it just isn't a thing to have both new classes, a rebirth system, and be high rate

As much as I'd like to mix things up from time to time, it never lasts. V83 servers are by far the most entertaining stuff.
