Pet quote ring

Pet quote ring dissapears each and every time I try to equip it in my jr.reaper then appears again (without being equipped in my pet) in my equip inventory after I visit and exit cash shop, CC or relog. (label ring equips with no problem)
Also, pet unsummons each time I do this with or without trying to equip the quote ring, is this something fixable? or is it normal that I have to summon him each time I log, CC or visit cas shop?

P.S: I changed my pet name with the pet name tag (if this helps somehow).

Pet quote ring is bugged my dude, will be sure to block it in the Cash Shop as soon as possible. Pet LABEL ring however, is fine and un-buggy.
