cannot proceed because d3dx9_43.dll was not found. ive re installed 5 times and get same error. please help this is exactly the kind of server i want to play on 
ive watched the video on how to download and extract but maplekey mini doesnt show up for me like it does in the video. if this gets resolved quickly and i enjoy the server i will make a donation
