i log into my acount and once i typed pin to play the character i get disconnected...Â

Try logging in your account on the website and using the unstuck option.

Try this, go to your network and sharing center > click on chance adapter setting > >DISABLE< all the adapters EXCEPT the one you use for you internet connection.
