I'll write down what I remember from the last update post until now! I may or may not leave some things vague, you have been warned!

Item Effects and Ring Effects have been disabled from the Event Map
Meso Drop has been disabled server wide. You can still use the Trade function to trade mesos
Issues with fame have been resolved
Guild Points are now gained every 100 Rebirths. (GP has been wiped) [Notification will be added in the near future]
Rare-NX Shop no longer needs to be @fix when you leave without purchasing
Ultra Rebirth has been added for those with 100,000 Rebirths & @check [@npc]
Minor changes have been made to @rank
The following NPCs have been removed from @npc: AP Reset, GM Skills, and Mood NPC
Party JQ Warping has been disabled
Complete & Retry for Subway Jump Quests have been fixed
Universal Mount has been added for purchase at the Mount Seller for 100 Peridot (Replicas)
Medal Shop has been rerwritten. You can now purchase any medal, with a few exceptions, for 50 Peridot (Replicas) ID based.
Exchanging Emeralds for Event Trophies has been removed
Action command @seduce has been fixed

Options have been added when you complete a JQ:

• Complete - Complete the JQ and get warped back home
  
• Complete & Retry - Complete the JQ and get warped back to the starting point
  
• Complete & Next JQ - Complete the JQ and get warped to a random JQ
  

Genesis Accessories have been replaced with the DPS Crystal (+10% Damage Boost each, 50% Damage Boost or 5 MAX) [@npc]

• Genesis Necklace can be traded in for 2 DPS Tokens | Genesis Ring can be traded in for 1 DPS Token
  
• Cubes have been added.
  
• All cubes are obtainable @home:
   Light Cube: Maple Leaf Exchange [250]
   Shadow Cube: VP Exchanger [330]
   Space Cube: Game Rewards and Event Point Shop [800]
  Time Cube: Boss PQ Shop [250]

Prefix chat was removed because it was annoying and was easily abused.
